Our repair warranty
Qualifying repairs at Sal's Auto Service are backed by a 12-month/12,000-mile limited warranty on parts and labor, whichever comes first.
What is covered
Coverage begins on the repair date and mileage shown on your invoice. It applies to defects in parts we supply and install, and to our repair workmanship, under normal driving conditions. For an approved, covered claim we repair or replace the defective part or correct the workmanship at no charge for covered parts and labor.
Service-specific coverage

| Customer-supplied parts | Installation workmanship covered for 30 days. The parts themselves are not covered. |
| Major engine and transmission repairs | Separate terms may apply based on the repair and supplier. We explain them before you authorize work and write them on your invoice. |
What is not covered
- Alignment changes caused by pothole or curb impacts, accidents, worn or damaged steering and suspension parts, or later repairs or modifications
- Normal wear, scheduled maintenance, and routine replacement of fluids, filters and other service items
